TK is a self-led analyst who knows way more than she should. She spends almost all of her time writing stuff down and reading, and if she's not doing that, she's not doing much else. She considers herself a neutral party, and doesn't associate with anyone else, not even other neutral people.

She's a big over-thinker, and if she isn't pushed to do anything, she won't get anything done... except research, that always comes first.
